Description: Parent assisted class. British Gymnastics programme. This class promotes co-ordination, balance and discipline in preparation for the structured Kindergym classes.

When: Tuesday and Thursday - Classes @ 9.30am, 10.30am and 11.30am

Age: 3-5 years

Description: Structured classes with fully qualified coaches. Includes Sports acro, Beam, Bars, Floor and Hand apparatus basics.

When: Monday to Saturday - Classes @ 1.30pm and 2.30pm

Description: Structured classes with fully qualified coaches. Includes Sports acro, Beam, Bars, Floor and Hand apparatus basics. Working badges 7 to Gold awards. Mini club competitions and displays. Cheer fundamentals , dance and team spirit!
