Children who are members of: Rathgael Gymnastics & Trampolining Club

To keep you safe while you are involved in gymnastics we would ask you that you:

• Tell someone you trust if something happens that:
  - You know is not right.
  - Something that makes you feel lonely, unhappy, ashamed or frightened.

• Never let anyone do things for you that you can do for yourself.

• Never keep secrets which you know shouldn’t be kept.

• Make sure your parent or whoever looks after you collect you on time from inside the gym building.

• Don’t take a lift home unless your parents/guardians know about it and only when there are at least two other people in the car as well as you.

• Don’t use bad language or get involved in “horseplay”

If you do not follow RGTC rules your parents may be contacted and you can have your membership suspended or taken away altogether.
