Dear Parent/Carer

Rathgael Gymnastics ad Trampolining Club has entered a representative in the forthcoming Edinburgh Marathon, due to take place on Sunday 23rd May 2010. Barbara Lennon (Meena, Reuben and Caolán’s mum) is currently training in preparation for the event. We hope to use participation in this event as an opportunity to raise vital funds for Rathgael Gymnastics and Trampolining Club, to invest in its sustained future and to support us in the provision of top quality coaching in a well-equipped, supportive environment for your children. With this aim in mind, each child has been given a sponsorship to raise funds and we are asking interested families to seek sponsorship on behalf of our running entry.

 We would envisage that sponsorship may be sourced from parents, family members, neighbours and friends, and that participating children are accompanied by an adult at all times to ensure safety. We are aware that this can be a busy and expensive time of year and we do not wish to make any family feel obliged to seek sponsorship.

All support, whether it is in the form of words of encouragement or sponsorship, will be most gratefully received. If you have any queries regarding this event please do not hesitate to speak to a member of coaching team at RGTC.
