Acro & Tumble Conditioning

Tops Level 1 Conditioning Laughing

Straddle lever on blocks hold for 10 sec x5
Pike lever on blocks hold for 10 sec x5
Straddle lever to handstand up & down x10 (help with someone holding at hips)
Handstand against wall hold for 10 sec x 5  (nose & toes at wall, push tall)

 

Tops Level 2 Conditioning  Smile

Straddle lever to handstand on blocks x10
Lever to planche back to lever on blocks x 10
Handstand against wall for 30 sec x 5
One handed handstand against wall 10 sec x 5

Tops Level 3 Conditioning  Tongue out

Lever to Handstand back to lever on blocks, must hold. x10
Lever to Handstand into mexican x10
Two handed handstand on single blocks x10
Hanstand Againist wall for 1 minute x5
One handed Hanstand with back against wall for 10 sec x5

Base Conditioning Yell

All bases do the same conditioning exercises, however there are three levels of conditioning to choose from.

Level 1 Level 2 Level 3
Change leg V-sits 20 40 50
Back lifts 20 30 50
Squat Jumps 10 20 30
V-sits 10 20 30
Ankle Raises 50 50 50
Press ups 20 30 50
Crunches 20 30 50
Leg Dips (each leg) 10 20 30
Crocodile for 10 seconds 10 10 10
Handstand against wall for 1 minute 3 3 3
